IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE
As of 1st October 2018, Dr S J Godfrey & Partners are now part of the New Horizons Medical Partnership along with Forest Gate Surgery in Totton.
Both practices are working together to provide you, our patients, with excellent care.
We believe that as two practices working together, we will be able to offer a better service to our patients.
To start with, nothing much will change - You will still phone the same number and both buildings are still open as they were before.
As time progresses, we will be able to offer you, our patients, a better "on the day" service for urgent care.
We plan to utilise the best services from each practice across all of our patients.
By being a larger practice, we believe we will be better able to cope with rising patient demand against a reducing availability of doctors and nurses.
We look forward to working this out together with you, our patients.
We understand how important it is to keep your personal information safe and secure, and we take this very seriously. We have taken steps to make sure your personal information is looked after in the best possible way. We review our procedures regularly.
